New Attitude 2006 in Review

I'm back from Na. God was so kind to us. It really was an incredible time. For those who weren't there, and for those who were and want to "relive it" I'm gathering various blog sites that attempt to capture elements of the conference and summarize sessions.

But first, let me encourage you to get the messages to listen to yourself. You can buy all the main sessions for only $7 from the Sovereign Grace store. The breakout sessions will be added by June 9.

A brief disclaimer--I can't vouch for the accuracy of all the summaries listed below, but I think you'll find them informative:

1. The official Na blog has tons of photos and descriptions. Check back here in the future for info on audio downloads and possible free vodcasts of certain sessions.

2. Carolyn McCulley live-blogged the main sessions, too.

Bad Guy Caught With a Mac: This is a great story. A girl's Apple laptop gets stolen but she uses a remote access program to control it and takes a picture of the thief as the doofus sits in front of the stolen computer. "Smile! You're getting your mug shot taken!" Using the picture, the police nab the bad guy. Moral of the story? Don't mess with a high-tech girl's Mac.
New Word Alive's Top 10: The recent New Word Alive conference showed a video top-ten list of books for students. My book Sex is Not the Problem made the list. It's pretty funny. I just wish mine could have made it in the wok.
