Brandy's Wedding

Yesterday we celebrated the wedding of our dear friends Mark and Brandy. The whole Harris family was involved. Shannon was a matron of honor, Emma and Mary Kate were flower girls, Joshua Quinn was the ring bearer and I officiated. Brandy has lived with our family for the past three years, and is very dear to our heart. The following photos were taken by Andy Alonso, a member of our church and a skilled wedding photographer.

Everyone looks so beautiful!!
When are you coming back to Japan? D.A. Carson will be here this weekend---pretty exciting, isn't it?

Pilgrim's Progress Musical: Pilgrim is a modern musical adaptation of John Bunyan's classic work, Pilgrim's Progress. It was performed in spring 2009 by the high school students at my church. They did a great job. The script is by theatre professionals (and members of our church) Janice Mays and Cathy Mays. The music is by various artists, including Bob Kauflin, Zach Jones and Mark Altrogge. You can order a DVD of the production here.
