What I'm Listening To: I just bought The Weepies new album Hideaway. Shannon and I are in my office. She's reading and I'm filing and paying bills. I like this album. Great melodies. Good working, studying, chillin' out music.

if you like this sort of stuff, do you like Allison Krauss? She's got a live album with Union Station. It's by far my favorite album, and so far Savanna's. She always bounces to the rythm everytime I play it. It's more folk meets bluegrass. just thought I'd pass it along... I do a lot of cooking/filing/work to this album.

Pilgrim's Progress Musical: Pilgrim is a modern musical adaptation of John Bunyan's classic work, Pilgrim's Progress. It was performed in spring 2009 by the high school students at my church. They did a great job. The script is by theatre professionals (and members of our church) Janice Mays and Cathy Mays. The music is by various artists, including Bob Kauflin, Zach Jones and Mark Altrogge. You can order a DVD of the production here.
