Skittles Commercials
I'm a little behind. I hadn't seen any of the new commercials for Skittles until my buddy Eric showed them to me while we were waiting for a plane at Chicago O'Hare. I guess I have a weird sense of humor, but I find them funny. Here are my two favorites:

Christianity Today Reviews Lu: The Na Band, fronted by Devon Kauflin who leads worship at our church, had its album reviewed by CT. The reviewer states that the album is "far from your typical corporate praise album, Looked Upon and its indie-styled hymnody are best suited for times of prayer and personal devotions." He also says it has a shoe-gazer quality throughout, but we won't draw attention to that.
Entrusted with the Gospel: The Gospel Coalition National Conference is scheduled for April 21-23, 2009 in Chicago. I love the theme "Living the Vision of 2 Timothy." I'll be doing a seminar. Hope to see you there.

hahaha -- Okay, the first one was awesome, but the second left me sitting here saying, "WHAT THE HECK?!"

OT - did you know that you are part of this week's 'This American Life' about the Ten Commandments? There is a clip of you reading from "Not Even a Hint" and discussions of lust. You probably do know, since it was one of your sermons that introduced me to the show to begin with. So what are your thoughts?

How many times do Skittles come back in your preaching? Is there also going to be some in your new book?? Or maybe a chapter about a singing rabbit! Do we get free Skittles when we buy it?
