Final Stretch of Book Writing
For the past two years I've been working on a new book. I'm not at liberty to share details about its title or content right now, but that will be coming later in the year. It's very different than anything I've written before and I'm very excited about it.
I'm also almost done. The finish line is in sight. My "drop dead" deadline is May 7th. That's the day I have to hand off my revised manuscript to the line editor. Between now and then I'm reworking chapters based on helpful feedback from my editor and several close friends.
If you think of me, please pray for me that God will sustain me in this final sprint. That he will give me his words. And that I'll work with joy.
Email List: One more thing...if you're interested in getting updates on the book in the next year, samples from chapters and information on book-related speaking I'll be doing, please take a second and sign-up for our Book Email List.

Pilgrim's Progress Musical: Pilgrim is a modern musical adaptation of John Bunyan's classic work, Pilgrim's Progress. It was performed in spring 2009 by the high school students at my church. They did a great job. The script is by theatre professionals (and members of our church) Janice Mays and Cathy Mays. The music is by various artists, including Bob Kauflin, Zach Jones and Mark Altrogge. You can order a DVD of the production here.
Give Me An Answer Highschool Conference: I'm looking forward to joining Al Mohler, Russell Moore, Shane & Shane and hip-hop artist Flame at the SBTS conference for highschool students next spring. Details.
Stephen Altrogge Reviews Dug Down Deep: Over at the Blazing Center blog they've posted a very generous review of the book. Read it.

Crucial decision: should I say I'm married, or should I say I'm a professional? ;)

Joshua,
Thanks for the many hours spent working on this book. I'm confident God will use it to edify, encourage, and even evangelize many.
Your brother in Christ,
